      You do tend to get left alone to do the job

      Inconvénients

      You get left in the lurch too often by upper management who have no practical experience of working on a site and site supervisors tend to end up working more hours than they get paid for

      Avantages

      This is a company that demands quality and rewards you when it’s produced. You’ll be explained your responsibilities and goals clearly and you’ll be provided a framework to meet realistic expectations. It’s up to you to work diligently and make an impact. I had three positive years at First Security Service and look back on the experience fondly.
