      Social events, free snacks and hot drinks, nice office

      Inconvénients

      Intersoft enforced a return to office policy this year without exception. There was very little/no support for employees affected by this. The company seems to have no appreciation of the effect this had on employees and how much of an upheaval it is to their lives.
