      Well-structured processes, a lot of support and encouragement on every step, an open door policy in its truest from, and much more!

      Avantages

      - Supervision minimale - Indépendance - Un petit nombre d'employés dans le bureau américain (comme 2) entraîne peu de distraction ou de drame. - Tout le monde était gentil et serviable. - Heures flexibles

      Inconvénients

      - Pas beaucoup de mentorat ou d'instruction (ce qui est le but d'un stage). Je n'ai pas appris autant que je l'espérais. - Souvent senti seul et déconnecté, car la plupart des employés sont externalisés en Ukraine.
