Avantages

The culture here is pretty great. The engineering team is very dedicated and friendly. Everyone is very easy to work with.

Inconvénients

While the CEO is great, the rest of the leadership is mostly BS and buzzwords with no real vision.

We try to maintain a positive culture in our offices and are so happy you enjoy working with the engineering team. It’s important that we have strong leadership across the company. At Alchemy, we have an open-door policy. Our core values should be seen by our team and our clients every day. Our CEO, Jeff Eastman would love the opportunity to address your concern. Please feel free to reach out to him at Jeff.Eastman@alchemysystems.com.

Avantages

-Work Life balance -Small sized teams -I love the mission behind the company but I feel like we are getting away from that.

Inconvénients

-ZERO room for advancement - During the interview, I was guaranteed opportunities for bonuses and raises. Bonuses? Yea right, these literally don't exist at our company. -You literally have to BEG for a raise - that you have earned and the once it is approved, you have to wait months and months before received. -The 'benefits' we got to compensate for low pay are being taken away. -The inequality from department to department is crazy. Some teams go on team building trips to Montana, while other teams are only able to do team building in office. -Lazy coworkers and no accountability by management. -We have been BEGGING for PD and growth opportunities. We got some random "PD" shoved down our throats that has NOTHING to do with growing our skillset. -Management get defensive and upset when you don't immediately agree with their thought and then somehow finds a way to insult you. -Don't let the pictures fool you - none of these 'fun' things are occurring anymore
