Avantages

-Work Life balance -Small sized teams -I love the mission behind the company but I feel like we are getting away from that.

Inconvénients

-ZERO room for advancement - During the interview, I was guaranteed opportunities for bonuses and raises. Bonuses? Yea right, these literally don't exist at our company. -You literally have to BEG for a raise - that you have earned and the once it is approved, you have to wait months and months before received. -The 'benefits' we got to compensate for low pay are being taken away. -The inequality from department to department is crazy. Some teams go on team building trips to Montana, while other teams are only able to do team building in office. -Lazy coworkers and no accountability by management. -We have been BEGGING for PD and growth opportunities. We got some random "PD" shoved down our throats that has NOTHING to do with growing our skillset. -Management get defensive and upset when you don't immediately agree with their thought and then somehow finds a way to insult you. -Don't let the pictures fool you - none of these 'fun' things are occurring anymore

Avantages

- Employees work very hard and care a lot about their clients - Tons of talent that should be developed further - Flexible schedule and work hours - Positive mission of providing quality assurance to our clients

Inconvénients

- There wasn’t clear direction from leadership about the company’s strategy, making it difficult for employees to know about the future of the company - Decisions were made by a select few without input or feedback from other leaders - Micromanagement became more widespread over time, as did unguided and unclear expectations about work performance - Little room for growth - Employees are generally underpaid compared to national and local job title equivalents
