The recruiter/HR guy is a bit of a blowhard who promises the world to potential hires, even if he can't deliver. He should be selling times shares or used cars instead of having the level of power that he has in the organization.

Intra Management Solutions (IMS) really does focus on its the people. As a consulting firm doing predominantly contract work, IMS carries a top corporate value that its consultants are taken care of during the execution of a contract for a customer, and when an existing contract ends, that there is another contract available quickly for the consultants to have a continuum of work. IMS, as a small upstart company, is investing in benefit packages for their consultants to offset the high cost of insurance and demonstrate the company's willingness to invest in the consultants.

Currently, the only real Con is that often times contracts and the assigned consultants are geographically separated, and in today's competitive market conditions, it can be a challenge to get relocation or travel expenses covered in the contracts.
