      Avantages

      IMS is a growing company that is focused on smart growth - hiring only the best and placing them in positions which are an ideal fit. They still have the feel of a small and collaborative company, but with outstanding benefits and excellent compensation. I left one of their competitors, which was also a good place to work, but was quickly becoming more of a body shop than a true consulting firm.

      Inconvénients

      No cons so far. Pay can of course always be better, but management is 100% transparent when it comes to what is being billed to the client and how your pay fits in.

      Avantages

      A good place to work, with a great president and a team of very good subject matter experts. Lots of support from an empathetic and caring team who is there for you when you really need it.

      Inconvénients

      The recruiter/HR guy is a bit of a blowhard who promises the world to potential hires, even if he can't deliver. He should be selling times shares or used cars instead of having the level of power that he has in the organization.

      Avantages

      None to really think about now - Money?

      Inconvénients

      The new CEO has no idea what she is doing. The company ran much better under Matt's leadership. It seems chaotic and super scattered. Random updates that make no sense, no real company direction, and no collaboration at all. I understand it's a consulting firm, and typically, people are on their own, but a simple check-in from "Leadership" would be nice. It's funny, the "CEO" claims to be a strategic leader, but the only thing I have seen is people leaving.
