      They hire new unexperienced people.

      Inconvénients

      12 hours shifts of unpaid overtime, unbelievable toxic environment, colleagues don't want to show you anything (if you have a problem they prefer to solve it themselves because they think that if you learn they will lose their values), no trust at all
