Avantages
-the team is small, but mighty and building a very strong foundation for fast growth -the company values and culture seem to good to be true, but so far they are as real as they are written -every individual/role is valued and every opinion/idea is heard
Inconvénients
-super fast paced as expected with a start up, but still slightly overwhelming at the beginning
