      Avantages

      Laid-back environment, friendly staff, 8-5, break room with snacks and drinks to buy at a semi decent price.

      Inconvénients

      Training was good..but very unrealistic to how this job is! The 1 or 2 call close is like a white elephant. The call coach didn't coach me at all, and lacked encouragement to the team, alot of work for the pay and really hard to sell product, even though it is a great deal!

      Theft, harassment, constant law suits, lies, no clear company goals, kept serial serial harrassers on the payroll.
