      Somewhat flexible with schedule, that’s about it

      Inconvénients

      Horrible management, higher ups are not present unless it’s to say something is being done wrong, rate of pay does not compare to the caseloads we get.

      Avantages

      Awesome collaboration with my manager and very good about training and teaching. New tech and gamification platforms make the work fun and interesting. Lots of opportunity for growth.

      Inconvénients

      Company growing quickly so changes come fast

      *open communication channels *Supporting management *Very organized

      Inconvénients

      *training is subpar *learning is done while you work and can be stressful *wages *Finding and correcting mistakes if brought to their attention punishes you with more work *They do not give face with bad news or have clear direction between all management
