      Inconvénients

      Invotra's culture and value statements are not wholly aligned with the reality of working there. Long hours and heavy workloads are the norm for delivery teams , and staff find it hard to dedicate the appropriate time to their apprenticeship training within their working hours. Senior management hold staff accountable to standards they do not demonstrate themselves

      Avantages

      Push eachother and help eachother really well. Work very hard company to other companies in InvGroup but seem to not get the recognition they deserve Great team of specialists

      They don’t realise how good they are and don’t take time to recognise their achievements
