      Competitive pay. Strong, supportive ownership and leadership. Ownership/Managers are accessible and genuinely invested in employee growth. Clear opportunities to learn, grow, and move up within the company. Hands-on learning with real responsibility. Collaborative, dependable team culture. Open communication is valued and encouraged. Fast-paced, engaging work I only left after 6 years due to relocating out of state.

      Inconvénients

      The support is there, but do not expect hand holding. Best suited for people who like variety, learning and responsibility.

      The snacks are good like people said

      Inconvénients

      Listen to the reviews when they say people are walking on egg shells. Everything is urgent even though it’s not. Toxic environment and very cliquey. If you need a job and can put your head down then go ahead work here. Be aware the benefits are slim to nothing.
