      Avantages

      Customers really love Jama, it's friendly and easy to use. Jama sales and support teams are excellent and get consistently stelar feedback, the product is solid

      Inconvénients

      While transitioning to become a SaaS company Jama has gone thru leadership and structural changes, our growth rate has leveled off and expectations are high

I agree with all of your comments and advice (especially around investing in product roadmap, customers, and employees - these are priorities) but would like to share one clarification on your growth statement – while our headcount growth is stable for this year, our business plan has us significantly accelerating our subscription and overall revenue growth year over year.       Avantages

      I've been here over five years and stayed because of a great team, customers and support of my manager. I'd recommend it to others looking for a new sales gig with a real product and a great customer list.

      Inconvénients

      The whole world is shifting to AI and it does require a steep learning curve.

      Avantages

      Peers are a true pleasure to work with and it's easy to cross-collaborate.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is all-in on AI and confident that they will be the exception to the second wave of regret you see other SaaS companies who adopted earlier expressing. Leadership is demanding faster output and criticizing and eliminating any old guard who flag concerns around the approach.
