      Avantages

      Company culture is pretty good. Most people are friendly and trustworthy, no backstabbing/high school behaviors.

      Inconvénients

      We've had three years of record profits, one of which saw no raises or bonuses because "uncertainties due to COVID", followed by 1 year of downturn. They furloughed us for 7 days during the holidays and plan to go for another 5 days in Q1.

      Avantages

      - Friendly environment and people - Fun and interesting projects that are worked on - Good work-life balance, managers are reasonable to accommodate when WFH is necessary

      Inconvénients

      - Slow months with not much work sometimes - Bonuses and yearly wage increases are mediocre
