      Inconvénients

      A large proportion of decision making was only taken at head office in Chicago. This may have since evolved.

      Avantages

      Good learning opportunity with decent benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Highly condescending and unorganized environment. Management tries to find easy solutions on fundamental issues with company practices, then scapegoats failures onto their employees. You might be spared if your personality fits their preferences.
