Don't like your project? Ask to move to something more interesting. Want to try updating existing systems to a better or newer technology? Inconvénients
* Some projects are not that interesting. For instance, I don't find bug fixing and vendor support very interesting. * Time tracking is on par with other tech companies, but I don't like it so it's a con for me.
