Indeed, in the past couple of years the company performed well and therefore grew significantly in terms of the number of employees and we have a lot of new colleagues. We are constantly working to build and practice a culture where we meet each other at eye level and encourage everyone to speak up. We value when our employees are challenging the status quo.
