I worked with this company for three years and saw five different leaders come and go—either quitting or being fired. That kind of turnover speaks for itself. There was no stability, no long-term vision, and no real investment in the people doing the work.
At one point, the entire marketing department was laid off in one sweep, only for the company to rebuild the team again afterward. Leadership was inconsistent at best and dismissive at worst, often leaving employees in the dark about shifting priorities. When work slowed down or responsibilities changed, there was little to no communication, and any concerns were met with vague, condescending responses.
If you’re looking for a workplace with strong leadership, clear direction, and respect for employees, I’d strongly reconsider.
