Avantages
There are very few pros about Jobscience: • Autonomy in the U.K. office as management are based in the States • Good office culture in London • Hands on experience using Salesforce, which can be transferred.
Inconvénients
Where do I start? • Lack of real management - the CEO has had no real work experience prior to starting up Jobscience and it shows in how he runs his business. • The product is behind the curve and development are forever playing catch up. New features only get released when we onboard a large account who part/fully fund developments. • Management are based in the US which is great for autonomy, but a nuisance when you have to wait until late afternoon to consult with your manager. • Lack of investment in the U.K. - there are ~20 people in the overcrowded London office when the recommended capacity is half this. No-one has identified and researched the UK/EMEA competitors which makes it difficult for the sales team to compete. • Employees are not valued!!! An employee satisfaction survey was shared and nine people expressed their unhappiness at which point, the CEO said "if you don't like it here, leave." The staff benefits offered are basic and statutory.
