      Avantages

      Johnson Control is big and valuable company. I was working in AJAX and our production was HVAC. There are FAB Shop and assembly Shops there and I could learn many thing there.

      Inconvénients

      There is no job security and No value for human resource. They fired experienced people easily. No map for the future.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
