      Avantages

      Best reason behind working in JCI is work culture, open environment and most important individual get their own space for work on innovation. They are appreciating for innovation and ideas. In terms of appraisal and variables it's very good company.

      Inconvénients

      Every company has some cons, JCI also has some minor cons, If any thing goes wrong with management they will directly stop appraisals. We are poor at policy's.

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Inconvénients

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
