      Die Firma macht einen tollen Anschein, aber es steht und fällt mit den Vorgesetzten, die ein KMU an die Wand fahren würden. Teilweise sehr launische Chefs Flexibilität ist gefragt, wenn man dabei bleiben will muss man andere Stellen annehmen, die es in der Schweiz ggf nicht gibt Teams werden kurzfristig von einem Standort (Land) in das andere verlegt Der Mitarbeiter als Person zählt nichts

      Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

      Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
