Avantages

Overall good work culture, Timely cultural actvities are organised to keep the employee active. You will also get support from the team members. They are ready to help you out.

Inconvénients

You may be required to work even after the working hours. 5 days working system is there. They provide specific hours for a particular task to be completed and if not completed within that time period you are required to do it in your own time.

Avantages

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Inconvénients

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
