      Fair pay, good benegits package, lower level employees great to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Senior Management have head in clouds and Ivory tower syndrome unless you work in main York sites. Unrealistic targets.

      Avantages

      Flexible, hybrid working, good organisational values.

      Inconvénients

      Not being as good an employer as they make out on paper. I think some culture training would be good to ensure people are living the good values of the company while at work, such as compassion, integrity and inclusivity.
