      Avantages

      Fun work environment, get to meet lots of great people. There is potential to move up within the company - for certain roles.

      Inconvénients

      Low salary, poor work conditions and treatment of employees. Customer service policies are also poor, which means as an employee you have to deal with upset customers regularly. They promise you a lot in the interview - but it isn't true.

      Avantages

      Not so bad for a job straight out of college or if you only have an associate degree. Friendly coworkers Solid work/life balance

      Inconvénients

      Pay is a little less than industry standards Lack of opportunities to grow. They promise opportunities will come in time but who knows when that will be. Complicated system that keeps getting more complicated despite promises to the contrary and therefore results in micromanagement. High turnover. They promise a new website but who knows when it'll be here.
