I love what I do. I feel like I can make a difference many days. Also, you are never expected to stress yourself out, work past your shift end time, or get contacted while you are off --- this is a big pro, work/life balance. Career opportunities tend to be vast, as job openings for every department are sent to the entire company. As far as senior management, assistant directors are great (not so much the director).
