      Avantages

      As a faculty member, I find the leadership approach balanced and practical. Management communicates policies clearly and encourages faculty involvement in academic planning. Department heads act as a bridge between administration and faculty. While processes are formal, they ensure transparency. Work culture remains respectful and growth-oriented.

      Inconvénients

      Overall experience has been positive, and I have not identified any substantial cons yet.
