Avantages
Normally, majority of the people I have worked so far in K2 has been very supportive and I enjoy the fact that I am accountable to my own growth. I have worked for other companies in the past wherein people have slow growth and can stay several years without their position description being changed but in K2, I find it is the opposite.
If you show them what you can do, you can own whatever you have built as the pioneer. It is a good place who like to grow and build.
I find my role to be so fulfilling so far and I am glad that I joined. Looking forward to many more projects :)

Still a lot of room to improve. Only getting better I guess :)
