      Good bonus and good environment to work. Multicultural team and flexible working hours.

      Inconvénients

      Not a good career plan for data scientists given that the data team is new, small, and restricted.

While our data team is small, they have been playing an important part in changing how we capture important information. As the team develops, grows, and gets more involved with the strategic drivers of the organization, there are great opportunities for individuals to craft their own careers and add their own mark to the projects they undertake.

      Avantages

      You have nice people working there. But they are hijacked by a promise of a global consulting experience and/or an equity payout which does not exist.

      Inconvénients

      Corrupt Management doing everything in their power to post numbers. Job cuts. Lack of strategy. Disconnected ownership and WORSE: C-Level leadership involved in unethical behavior. They lack experience and treat people horribly. More than half of the team taken on the Sales "Incentive" trip were fired within months. CHRO is clueless and should resign if she had any honor. They force people to bypass laws and engage in unethical activity. Rotation and law suits are the norm.
