      - Employees OUTSIDE legacy/national telecom environment bring fresh ideas and act as positive catalysts for change.

      Inconvénients

      - Line management experience and coaching skills vary significantly - Some managers micromanaging rather than empowerment, which limits growth & development. - Some senior managers use “coaching” as a cover for politics, which can undermine trust and employee confidence
