      Avantages

      Good people when you can find them. Will spend the ££ when they need to.

      Inconvénients

      Some programs are badly managed and spread across the different offices, the problem being the people in different offices don't know each other. Smaller offices are often neglected.

      Wonderful company. Great pay, a lot of flexibility, great training, and the products they sell are divine.
