I was employed as waiting staff and within a few years I have been promoted 3 times and I am now part of the management team. This is the longest job I have had in the hospitality industry. The current General Manager Gemma is the best manager I have worked for in the hospitality industry...How many people out there can say they genuinely like and appreciate their boss?
