      Avantages

      100% remote, flexible work schedule, health benefits are great (company covers 100% of premiums), unlimited PTO (and encouraged to take)), collaborative environment, 401k with matching, people are really smart and very welcoming.

      Inconvénients

      None that I have experienced yet.

      Avantages

      young start-up, open to training employees on hard skills, pays a living wage, and great benefits, and offers a program to help employees pay back student loans

      Inconvénients

      young start-up, micromanagement is rampant, allowing toxic clients to remain clients, no bonus programs for employees, and don't promote work-life balance.
