Avantages
The pay is higher than most other places for the same type of employment.
Inconvénients
Management is pretty bad. Everyone in management was hired/promoted because they are someone's drinking buddy, meaning we have management that are a bunch of barely functional alcoholics who want to do the minimum amount of work possible.
