      Avantages

      the people, used to be a god place to work, benefits while they last, sort of trying to minimize layoffs

      Inconvénients

      lacking direction and strong leadership, instead of cutting the fat (at the top) they took a chainsaw and are blindly hacking Kent to pieces with no discernible plan in place

      Avantages

      The job was really insightful and opened you up to first-hand IT experience. There's not a lot of pressure as a student employee, and it opens you to diff opportunity across campus. My bosses were really helpful and assisted with balancing scool work and the Job

      Inconvénients

      The pay wasn't the best as compared to some other roles on campus, but as you get promoted in the role few dollars get added. I think it's just a university-wide issue
