All good no complaints as for working environment and management

Only thing might need to improve would be adapting to new tools and tech.

The job was really insightful and opened you up to first-hand IT experience. There's not a lot of pressure as a student employee, and it opens you to diff opportunity across campus. My bosses were really helpful and assisted with balancing scool work and the Job

The pay wasn't the best as compared to some other roles on campus, but as you get promoted in the role few dollars get added. I think it's just a university-wide issue
