      Avantages

      Kent is a nice place to work. The sick and vacation time is good. Benefits are nice. Overall a great working environment.

      Inconvénients

      You never know if cuts may happen due to enrollment. Not the best compensation.

      Avantages

      The job was really insightful and opened you up to first-hand IT experience. There's not a lot of pressure as a student employee, and it opens you to diff opportunity across campus. My bosses were really helpful and assisted with balancing scool work and the Job

      Inconvénients

      The pay wasn't the best as compared to some other roles on campus, but as you get promoted in the role few dollars get added. I think it's just a university-wide issue
