      Great people, environment, and benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is not competitive. Once yearly minimal raise if approved by board does not cover cost of living increase. Advancement requires you to change jobs/obtain new titles. Benefits will likely take a hit due to ongoing budget

      Avantages

      The job was really insightful and opened you up to first-hand IT experience. There's not a lot of pressure as a student employee, and it opens you to diff opportunity across campus. My bosses were really helpful and assisted with balancing scool work and the Job

      Inconvénients

      The pay wasn't the best as compared to some other roles on campus, but as you get promoted in the role few dollars get added. I think it's just a university-wide issue
