      Avantages

      Job and pay were good.

      Inconvénients

      Could have used a diff foreman that had some honesty and integrity instead of letting a crew believe something that was untrue. Btw, this was in 2016 or so, changing of the guards has happened and they seem to be more up front.

      Small company, easy to move up/take adtl opportunities, quiet

      Inconvénients

      Underpaid and overworked, wouldn't pay out coworkers unused PTO after years at the company and with notice
