      Avantages

      There are no real pros except the pay cheque

      Inconvénients

      Most of the supervisors have no idea what they are doing and will gaslight people. They are never around when you need them. You will get stuck on shift for days and the supervisor will not come and let you get off neither will the oncall person. If you like being treated like absolute garbage then this is the place for you. They really only care about the money it's no longer about the children.

      The Company has great benefits and helps to support a very important group of individuals grow and become better.

      Inconvénients

      The company has gone through several rounds of layoffs and hits the employees without any warning giving very little time to figure out what to do next in life.
