      Avantages

      I had a lot of fun with some awesome coworkers, i learned a lot about a lot of different parts of the industry. I truly enjoyed the customer focus and the freedom I enjoyed as an engineer

      Inconvénients

      I had no chance for advancement, my boss was constantly changing, and the latest corporate structure makes no sense. though being constantly regaled as an excellent engineer, I never received a raise to match cost of living, and was literally told by my boss "how much we pay you is not a representation of how much we value you," implying that they'd never pay me my worth

      - A good amount of current and incoming projects - Customer base that is generally easy to work with - Access to new industry technology from a variety of manufacturers and vendors - Tailored solutions for customers - Self-guided/self-determined industry certifications and education - Housing and meal per diem while traveling

      Inconvénients

      - Training - Support (on-site & in-office) - Leadership - Accessible knowledge base - Frequent travel - Unclear employee expectations and evaluation process, which is how raises & bonuses are determined - Financially focused culture, not employee focused
