      Il n'y a pas de pros à travailler ici.

      Inconvénients

      Atelier de misère. Culture grand frère. Quotas de production. Malhonnêteté de la direction. Bureau merdique. Intimidation. Défaut de paiement après avoir démissionné. Rotation élevée du personnel.

      Avantages

      I joined Key Media in June of 2021 and I've had an amazing working experience so far! As someone with a marketing background I was looking for more creative freedom, and that is exactly what I got! Management is very empowering and helps you reach your goals, but gives you the flexibility and creative freedom to work on projects without being micro-managed. Plenty of opportunities for growth within the company as well. HR was very helpful with on-boarding and connecting me with staff I would be working with on a regular basis. Overall I am extremely happy with Key Media and look forward to growing my career here!
