Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Key Bank has good work-life balance, generous PTO and flexibility. There are some great people there who work very hard. Its not as demanding as other banks ive worked for in the past.
Inconvénients
Horrible technology, hard to move up or make more money without leaving the bank and coming back. The salaries are low compared to other local banks. A lot of older people who are set in their ways and non willing to change even if that change is an improvement to efficiency. Some terrible employees who dont do anything but seem to be protected.
