      Avantages

      More women in management than other banks.

      Inconvénients

      Bureaucratic. Typical conformity with male agenda and good ole' boys club is adherent. Minorities are protected no matter performance. Sales are stolen from managers on a continuous basis with hush tactics in order to gain business. Upper management left before rush of problems in region became apparent. Definitely an area beyond the average scope of understanding. Not for the faint of heart.

      Avantages

      If you’re in the Seattle area or other markets with concentrated branches there is a lot of opportunity for development. There are some very good employees that work for key.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership is unpredictable and expectations are constantly changing making it hard to effectively manage a team and commit to all individual sales responsibilities. They removed them but reinstated them in a different way mid year with no notice.
