None. Layoffs occur during Christmas for two weeks when the lines shut down to do inventory and other internals. After waiting week unemployment benefits can be drawn until production resumes.
Inconvénients
Abusive environment with rediculously high turnover. Negativity surrounds the labor force with constant complaining and blaming and backstabbing. Institutionalized culture of fear.
