My experience working through KForce as a contractor was very frustrating.
There was no PTO offered, which meant taking time off for holidays or personal reasons required an immediate pay cut. This meant working through holidays or losing income.
Communication was also a major issue. My assigned manager never responded to texts or phone calls, and I often had to work through the recruiter just to get basic questions answered.
During my time there were no raises or bonuses offered. Additionally, weeks after my contract ended I was contacted about a timesheet discrepancy and told I owed $731 related to hours worked, which was unexpected and frustrating.
Based on my experience, I would recommend that candidates seek employment elsewhere if possible.
