      Avantages

      - The environment and management fosters a supportive and inclusive atmosphere making it a fun place to work. - Being able to contribute to the wellbeing of the client is very rewarding and motivating. - Management is receptive to feedback and and actively works to make changes.

      Inconvénients

      - Occasional breakdowns in communication between departments. - Clinic offers learning opportunities but there could be more structured training to ensure staff are adequately prepared

      Avantages

      Loveeeee the kids! So fun to get to know them and their unique personalities.

      Inconvénients

      Very busy, can be very stressful. Other counselors oftentimes did not act responsibly, putting a lot of weight and stress on the others.
