Pros? I mean where should I start... Before I joined Kilo.Health, around 6 months ago, I was depressed, I was struggling to keep my motivation and work towards my goals. I dreaded my job, I hated every single minute of it to be honest. It felt like my life hit a dead-end, and I did not know how to get out of it. Then I heard about Kilo.Health. And at the beginning it felt like it would be impossible for me to get into the company, as I did not have any experience in none of the positions that were open at the time. Except one. It was an internship. After reading their career page, all the happy stories and experiences of previous and current employees, I gained enough motivation to turn my life around and start studying and seriously preparing for the interview. I wanted to be 100% sure that I am going to get the job. Fast forward 6 months, I obviously got the job, but I've also got more than that. After 6 months of working here, I have the following things to say. - Absolutely love my job - I love the people I work with, it feels like a true family. I could go to the edge of the world with my team, and love every single moment of getting there. - It's the first time in my life where I can feel no pressure of texting the CEO to get a coffee or beer and discuss about life, business, or any other gibberish. - I no longer count the hours until the end of my shift. - I no longer dread Mondays, I welcome them. - I have genuine desire to over-achieve and keep improving. - I genuinely feel cared for. The company does so many great things about their employees, and I really feel welcomed here. - The amount of perks and benefits that we gain from working here is enormous. We got various entertainment, we got opportunities to grow, to try new things, to be Product Owners, to create or own start-ups, we have the chance to change the world, and show people how to strive in the current environment, and in what kind of companies people are truly willing to work for. - The "vibe" that we have here is unmatchable. I have never met so many young, amazing, interesting, smart and successful people in one place.
