Avantages
My coworkers are emotionally intelligent and incredibly productive. It's a privilege to work with them. The benefits are amazing (hello Paid-paid vacation!?) Challenging environment that is changing frequently. The leadership is a dream. From the CEO, COO, to all levels of management. They take feedback well and lead from the front themselves. They inspire you to take on responsibility and make decisions. A true remote first environment where the company also has a culture of supporting 'side-hustles' of their employees. Really the best thing about this job though is my coworkers. Every single person at this company is awesome. Normally with a company there is that one person you just don't like, or don't get along with, and that isn't the case with Convertkit. Everyone rocks.
Inconvénients
If you aren't used to working in a remote first environment it could be a bit of an adjustment. Because the company is so small there is no traditional 'ladder' to climb in your career. There are opportunities for growth, but it's up to you to find and seize them.
